The One Tapas & Bar serves small-plate tapas style foods that are meant to be shared and enjoyed with companies. Inspired not only by Spanish culture and cuisine, the menu is also influenced by flavors and spices from around the world. Daily specials and seasonal ingredients are incorporated into our menu to highlight the season's best harvest and catch. Locally owned and operated, The One Tapas also offers signature crafted cocktails and wines to complement the foods and conversations. Fantastic small plates! We had a phenomenal dinner and drinks at The One Tapas.Delicious food and amazing service! We had the octopus appetizer and then shared duck ragu and angus sirloin. They were all fabulous.We liked the octopus and angus sirloin the best! The drinks were incredible! I had the Negroni and it was perfect. The dessert of bread pudding was so finely balanced with bourbon and chocolate! The atmosphere was welcoming and homey. Fabulous date night hidden gem!!

Went again tonight...Just as great as it was the first time. Even a greater Server, she did everything in her power to make our visit perfect. Checking on ingredients and how things were made from the Chef. I did want to say that we had the Waygu Beef Sliders tonight and they were tremendous! Juicy and full of flavor. They really have to be added to your dinner if you go. So nice to have such a incredibly delicious little place right around the corner!!

The portions were large for a tapa and each came with some kind of side to in a way like veggies. When you mix all the items on the plate together it was delicious...
